We have set out to bring about a positive change in the world, how we perceive it, and participate in it. We accept that we are not isolated from one another, even though it is more "comfortable" to think so. Our social status, race, gender, continent, religion, and/or situation are trivial things when it comes down to life and death. We humbly admit the belief in a power of greater good that flourishes in a heart that seeks God. We recognize God in all things and all people. We choose to not sit idle. We will GO AND DO.
About Joyce
As a nurse, I have served my community for 20 years. Now it is time for me to expand my service and embark upon my true mission, to serve abroad. With the help of GADL (Go and Do Likewise), I will begin serving others in Africa!
My Goals:
- Provide 7 cows for the village of Rionchogu.
- Visit the village to properly assess what is needed and encourage others.
- Ultimately set up a health care clinic and provide life changing medical care.
I cannot do all of this alone. Will you help by spreading the word, donating time, resources, and of course your prayers?
